Hey all. I haven't posted here in awhile, but it's good to be back. I have a question for you guys who know AWD systems. When I turn left or right, it sounds like I have a rubbing noise in the front end. It only does it at slow speeds. When my wheels are strait, everything is fine. It almost sounds like a u joint or something going out. I've had the cv jonts looked at, but they seemed to be ok. Does the AWD system operate on 2 half-shafts? I'm not familiar with the AWD system.

Thanks,
-K-

Yes, AWDs (and 95+ 4WDs) use half shafts. It sounds like it could be bearings. Have you checked those? I'd look at your brakes too just for kicks.
