99 bulb options

a little off the topic, but can u put any piaa bulbs into the factory 99 bumper foglights? im looking for a bluish bulb to match my noyka headlight ones

so there isnt a way to get blueish bulbs into the bumper? just wondering...and buddy i want blueish ones. i guess i coulda posted on yours, oh well!
