99 explorer - inop speedometer

Speedometer was quitting and after rapping the dash it would resume. Finally quit all together. Took cluster out and speedometer checked out to be okay. Next was to check the anti-lock brake control module. Problem. Don't know where it is. Can anyone help me locate it? I have the set of 98 explorer Ford shop manuals but they don't help much.

Thanks, this was giving me a pain in the butt. It's on my wife's truck and she wants it fixed since she is using my 98 explorer and doesn't like the way it fits her, I don't see any difference but..
Thanks again and your thoughts about using Aerostar parts is great. Many interchangeables there.
