99 Mountaineer Rear Wheel Arch

My rear wheel arches are rusted out on my 99 Mountaineer. I'm having trouble finding replacement sheet metal. Will ranger wheel arches work?

I don't know if Ranger arches work, but they look different.

93 Ford Explorer

Find a good donor, much work, doglegs are still available.

Ranger bed completely different from explorer

They don’t sell quarter panels for explorer?

Find a donor truck to cut them from or create them from scratch…
You could also treat / remove your rust and add fender flares? There are several factory flares available and aftermarket

All I can seem to find is 91 - 94 rear quarters.

I bet you could cut out the wheel arch
91-97 explorer all the same
98-01 they changed the rear windows and hatch but very little changed w the wheel arch

How bad we talkin? When I get holes in mine, I just TIG in steel roughly the same gauge

But we are talking holes a couple inches big, maybe

Does yours have Eddie Bauer trim on it like 1998 Explorer 4dr?
