Here's the deal. Sometimes, not all the time, when I turn left under moderate acceleration the truck bucks then stalls. Detail: turn wheel, hit gas, goes, bogs down, goes again, then when the wheel is straightened up stalls. No check engine while running, she starts right back up.

Also, possibly related: sometimes at a stop light, hit the gas and she runs like the tranny is in 3rd. Feels just like when you start a stick in 3rd gear. Then shifts just fine.

Other symptoms: Phantom wipers, I replaced the multifunction switch maybe 2 months ago. I inspected the wires on the column at that time and didn't see anything odd. Also, pressed on and wiggled the wires at the time with no phantom. The compass on the overhead column started showing cal and stepping through the directions. (about 2 days ago).

thought that was the issue.

Tranny has been rebuilt less than 1500 miles ago. Truck has 130K on it.

There are no errors codes in memory.

I started the truck and wiggled the key in the ignition, I was able to remove the key from the ignition while the truck continues to run.

Any insights? Can someone provide me with a wiring diagram of the steering column?

Update... On the connector for the coil pack, the locking tab was broken. I zip tied it tight as a temp fix and have not had an issue stalling since.

Was still chasing this trouble for a while. It only happened when hot, mainly after highway driving for about 20 min or more. I read that my symptoms were indicative of a bad TPS. The TPS tested good, both resistance and Voltage; both hot & cold. I replaced it anyway and have not had a problem since. The TPS is nothing more than a potentiometer; the only thing I can think is that it's electrical properties are changing at high temps and causing erratic readings.
Hope this helps someone out.

Next update. the darn thing is still acting up. I have been data logging it for a while and of course it doesn't act up when I data log. Finally it did it again. Bank 2 upstream O2 sensor is falling out. You can see it for a minute or more go low, flat line, then recover. At the same time it goes low the fuel trim jumps high. I toned out the wire from the O2 connector to the ECU and could not get it to fail while wiggling it. There is only about 3 in of wire before it's tied up into the main harness. I cleaned the pins, it still happened. So I measured the resistance across the O2 to see if I can find a broken wire. The O2 is open, so that won't work. I ordered a new O2 sensor for that side, once I get that installed I'll data log again and see what happens.
