A/C lever wont move to Max A/C

Hello, The other day my vent lever became really hard to move. After wiggling it back and forth it seems to be back to normal but it won't move all the way to the left to engage Max A/C. Is this going to be easily fixable or do I have to tear the dash apart?

Do you have a stereo system installed? I had a situation once where my RCAs got jammed in the A/C unit and the lever got stuck. That's my only idea though.

WOW that might just be it, I just had a new stereo put in! Thanks, I hope thats it.
