Hello
New to the forum. Lots of good posts.
My problem....
I have replaced the actuator blend door but have no a/c. Plenty of heat just no a/c. Any advice..

Is your compressor working?
Is the system charged??

Does the actuator actually rotate the new door?
Take a look at the connection to the door as you change the temperature setting.

Sounds like a vacuum leak.

If your system works in every way except for COLD air then it isnt vacuum related.
HVAC Vacuum problems will only affect the following:
Recirculate/fresh air door
Panel/Defrost/Floor door.

The blend door, which rotates to allow either heater core or evaporator access, is controlled by the actuator (electrical).

I have the same problem, it just got less and less cold fter a couple days. The clutch on compressor engage, but the return line doesn't get cold, I think I need a recharge/ or have a leak. See if you confessor works and if tubing gets cold after a good drive with ac on.

Thanks

Thanks for the replies. Turns out new part was broken.
