'96 V-8 is not blowing air through the vent in the console to the rear passengers. This will be the second time in 7 yr. I have used it and now it doesn't work. Could it be something more complex than the hose has come loose? Also there is a constant thumping noise from the center arm rest when the fan is turned on, but there is hardly any air of any sort comming through.
