a few quick brake bleeding questions...

Seth and I replaced both front hoses on Saturday. He calls me last night and tells me that he's got no brakes and he's lost all the brake fluid from the reservoir Its a '94 with ABS...
Is there a special tool required to bleed the abs solenoid and if so what is it called, what is the part #?
Should we bleed the calipers/cylinders in any particluar order?
Any other suggestions/tips?

A-man930....Have you Chilton or Haynes books?..There appear the way to bleed brake. Also you can use a brake bleeder & vacuum pump kit ( that is sold in www.harborfreight.com ). I'm buying the kit to bleed my brakes and system of clutch.
