Getting there. Notched out the lips with the plasma. Now I just need to cut the sides where it'll mount inside the frame. Or.. should it mount outside the frame? Probably inside so I can have the bumper mount on the outside....

The winch tray is done and bolted in.

Still need to cap the rails, weld the rails, paint, and.. that should be about it.

Nice Job! I guess there is some info on what happened to your frame, so I guess I will try to find out instead of saying... What the heck happened to your frame?...

is that a white shepard i see? hmm. nice location for the winch i think it looks good tucked between those frame rail extensions. you could build your bumper of those rails instead of capping them off. just a suggestion though.

i think its an explorer body on a 3/4 ton frame or something..

el oh el -- he just sleeved it with that masteeef of a rectangular tube.

i swear he did a fram swap or something. guess i was off.

He did do a frame swap, from a 2wd to awd i believe...still an explorer frame. Then did an SAS.

It is a white Shepard and she's for trade. I'm looking for anything of value. :p:

Yeah, it's a stock frame other than my leaf-mount crossmember and the FJ-40-style extra foot of frame I added. Here is what I was dealing with before the extension.

man you cant trade the dog! you could however start breeding him and use the profits to fund explorer builds. man thats a good idea, i need to find a female shepard! i like the cross member you built for the front leafs, looks sturdy

Frame is capped, shackle mounts installed (1" pin BEEF) and it's painted.

Don't mind the leaves. It's Fall in Chico. What fire hazard?

Think I'm ordering the shackles from Telico4x4. 4Wheelparts doesn't have specs for the Milemarker ones on their site. Unless anyone knows...
