You can find all this info by searching, but I'm bored and a nice guy ;), so here goes:

You'll need a Ranger body lift kit (Can pick it up on Summit Racing, among other sites) made by Performance Accessories. The part number is PA#853. You're right about the torsion bars. Crank them to give yourself about another 1-2'' up front, but don't go past 2'' or you risk binding your CVs in turns because of the angle. You'll need to get an alignment after doing the torsion twist. To match the rear, you're going to need to put on lift shackles. The most popular and most recommended are built by Warrior, and you can find them cheap here:

You may still have to trim with this combo and 33s, I did. Any other questions, fire away.

Thanks im new to the "Explorer" got mine a few weeks ago and well im the type i always have to mess with every thing i get so this one will be the same so ill take some pics soon to start the before and after my only other ? i can think of is my plastic factory moldings that go around the fenders and meet up with the bumpers is there any way i can repaint it ?

I don't have them so I'm not sure. I painted my bumper trim and and stuff, but I don't know about that molding. I'd run a search or post up in the body work forum.

sure you could paint them if you wanted to.
you can also remove them to paint them... they're just held on by many clips.
although, with that "tupperware," you will have more issues with the tires rubbing if you go to 33's.
most people just remove the tupperware instead of trim.

Also, after the TT, but before the alignment, do yourself a favor and get adjustable camber kits for the upper control arms. The OEM bolts are not adjustable, and chances are, after the TT, the shop will not be able to do the alignment without these, and they will probably charge an arm and a leg to do replace the bolts.
