A rattle like no other

Can anybody tell me what would make a rattle like this, it happens randomly but only while moving, and the speed of it never decreases nor increases, and it makes the rattle at all speeds.

..that sounds like something is hitting a fan blade. Did you take a took at the fan? Is it coming from under the hood or in the cabin area?

It's not coming from inside the engine compartment, the fan is fine

If not in the engine compartment then I'd guess exhaust, though it would be odd for that to be constant speed.
