IT RAINED EARLIER AND I FOUND OUT THAT MY WINDSHIELD WAS LEAKING AGAIN AROUND THE TOP RIGHT I JUST HAD A NEW WINSHIELD PUT IN LAST MONTH B/C IT DID IT BEFORE SO BEFORE I GO TAKE IT BACK TO THE AUTO GLASS PLACE IS THERE ANY KIND OF SEALANT THAT IS SAFE TO USE AROUND THE WINDSHIELD THAT WONT CREATE RUST OR MESS ANYTHING UP THANKS

First off we here on the board would like to see you use small letters. I know it's not that big of a deal, but I guess in computer talk that means you are yelling!!
Thanks

Now for your question, I would call the company that put your glass in and have them fix it. They should take it out and redue the seal they put in when you got your new glass. It is just a black substance that if they need they can add more to fill in the void.
I don't know of anything that you can put on after the windshield has been installed and I suggest you don't use silicone at all.

I have also seen them use the black sealing stuff and just run another bead right under your gasket that goes around the glass and that has worked.

Hope this helps.
