? about xcal-2 programmer on my tune?

i have a 2000 xplorer sport and i have the xcal-2 programmed with a tune.but in the modify parameters where you can choose your axle/gear, mine is on stock.but my truck has the 3.73 gears in the rear end.should i leave my tune on stock or put it on the 3.73 on the xcal-2? since thats what the truck has.but will it even make a difference? if it don't matter if its on stock or on the 3.73,then i'll probably just leave it on stock.but if putting it on the 3.73 will be better then i will change it. any help or suggestions will greatly be appreciated.

just leave it stock, you would only change it if your put different gears in it.

ok makes sense.im gonna just leave it at stock.i was told by a couple other people to leave it stock also if my gears are stock.thanks for the info.
