hi guys im having this problem with the lights they just turn on randomly but i dont feel any difference in the car anyhow here is a picture.

It will probably be one of the ABS sensors, if front, then youy'll have to replace the whole hub/bearing assembly as the sensor is incorporated into it.
But first check the rear ABS rings located on the rear half shafts. They are 2 toothed rings that are very common to cracj and set the light off. Jack the car, crawl under and rotate the tire, and with a flashlight inspect each ring. If you see a crack, get a new one from Ford, they are thicker and better design than the original, cost is maybe $ 20 but it's a hassle to get to them.

If the problem is not a "visible" one, you need to get it read by the scanner, and a regular OBD2 will not do. It has to be ABS scanner. That will tell you which corner is a problem.
