1994 explorer xlt,
heres the problem!
if its wet outside like the rain, and i am going over a bumpy section of the road my brakes dont want to stop me! like feels as if the pressure leaves, but the same thing happends when i am on gravel or something also! if i go to hit the brakes it makes a noise and keep going...........

ps the brakes have been bled my midas, power bled i mean!
any every part but the master cyclender is brand new!!
