OK, 2002 xlt v6 2wd 89xxxx
i replaced the front hubs 3 months ago, my abs light came on soon there after, i take it back to said place they pull the codes, they get a speed sensor to the right front and the c1940 brake pressure sensor switch code.
They replace hub again, clears out sped sensor code, pull codes again. Suddenly the guy shows me some kind of ford diagrahm on pulling codes step by step and he tells me the car is telling him the abs module needs to be replaced.
So i say well i'll try my luck with it since you replaced the hub again and i never had an abs problem until you replace the hub the first time.
He says ok, but the light will come back on cause the module is bad and call ford to get the recall on the pressure switch.
So im googling to see the part cost of an abs module and i cant even find one on a parts website for my year and model, whats the deal here?? am i getting bullshitted or what?
