I have a stock 01 explorer with ABS. tonight the light( ABS ) came on.. I had noticed, while driving before the light came on . When I applied the brakes, they "popped /Knocked" like they were trying to bite, then grabbed and opperated normally. When I got home I pulled both wheels and did not notice anything out of the normal, except the rt.ft was a fairly bit hotter than the lf, ft... I know this may sound stupid, but could it be the master cylinder ?? getting blowby causing the ABS to come on ???
Suppose to drive to Indy this weekend and would like to have it fixed hopefully befor I go.. Any Help REAL quick would be super !!!! ducrnd@yahoo.com
