Hello friends, My ABS light comes on some times just out of the blue or it comes on after my ABS system does it self check, for example when I push on the break during start up and you can feel the pedal pulsing, then it might come on. I know my Explorer has a Teves Mark Ivg ABS system that uses a system of solenoids that open and close to cycle or adjust the hydraulic pressure at the caliper or wheel cylinder and that the system does a self check of these solenoids at start up and once the Vehicle speed reaches about 15 MPH. I have checked all the basics and have found nothing unusual. I think it might be a wheel speed sensor but would like a second opinion. Does anyone have any thoughts?
