have you buzzed out the wiring , high resistance in the plugs or connections would cause the ABS controller to think a sensor is US

if memory serves me the resistance of each sensor is 400 ohms, compaire each sensor with each other at the ABS controller connection to see if one is higher (or lower)

Longer shackles ala kevP

Try a good squirt of switch cleaner in the plug and socket where the abs plugs into the loom.

Sorted a similar issue on my Ex. very recently with that remedy. Quick squirt of the cleaner and Bob is your father's brother - issue resolved.

** EDIT: I had ABS judder at low speeds and it left me tearing my hair out. At Howard's suggestion, I got a known good sensor and a bottle of the cleaner. Attacked the HUB, quick squirt jobs a good'un.

I reckon you loose nothing by trying the remedy.
