ABS problem

Hello to all, new member, longtime Ford owner. Wifey has an 02 Explorer for haulin the kiddos around. Recently changed the front wheel bearings (a $200 set of bearings?) and managed to break the speed sensor/ ABS sensor off. Dealer says it another $135 and change ! What recourse do I have here ? Anybody think a junkyard sensor would be worth the trouble? Have seen various sensors for like applications that are the sensor only without a lead, can they be crimp attached together. They are only a hall effect pickup, right? Anybody tried this ?

I got one. I still have it on the bad bearing, ABS sensor good. I only have one front left, and the one Rear ABS sensor.
