ABS Sensor Mounting Point on Spindle

Hello,

In the process of drilling out the bolts on the ABS sensor bolts, I messed up the little mounting tube on the spindle with angle grinder. I think it might be ok if I build it back up with some TIG welding.
Is this piece removable and available separately?

Knuckle on right is OK it is the one on the right that is messed up
