ABS warning light ??

on my 92 Explorer the warning light for rear antilock brakes is on. it has done this in the past and then went off again. so far this time it has stayed on. what could be the problem? Thanks

Mine does the same, for the last... well, 10 or so years. As far as I remember, I researched the subject and decided that the reason was faulty RABS valve (located IIRC, on the frame, underneath, driver side). I concluded that I don't need and don't want RABS anyways, and just let the light stay on.
