AC barely and no heat.

When selecting heat on my temperature control knob or even moving it one inch off of the cold side, there is a loud constant clicking. It sounds like it's two vents are hitting each but I can't be sure. I seriously cannot figure this out for the life of me and it's very annoying. Anyone have any ideas? I'll try anything

Sounds like your blend door is shot. There's a sticky on the front page describing the repair procedure that's been very well described by Rondo, including pictures. Not hard to do and worth the money saved.
