My AC works fine and it is very cold but there is no difference b/w the 2nd and 3rd AC settings. Dont know what the problem could be. any ideas?

Indeed, it's likely either the switch or the resistor pack/connector. Search for both and you'll see a wealth of info on replacement. I've got my money on the resistor pack and/or connector being corroded. For $30 worth of parts and 15 minutes with a soldering gun, you can replace both.

Good luck!
