AC Question

Newbie to the site with an AC question. Over the winter I traded in my 96 Explorer for an 04 Explorer XLT. Got to say I love the truck few little things like the front sway bar noise I have to fix, but no biggie. My question to my fellow enthusiast is, my 96 blew some kick @ss ac out, now for the 04 the ac is cold but lacks in the force which it blows. It seems to come out the front vents very week (you could put it on 4 and it seems like its on 1, and 1 well 1 just plain ol sucks) it even comes out on the floor vents. Is this normal for the 04's or is there something wrong? I've always liked Ford's (by the way I also own an 03 SVTF) and this doesn't seem like something they'd slack on. and ideas wouls be great, Thanks guys.

I'm not 100%, but I don't think it should be coming out the floor on A/C. Check it on vent and see if it still comes out the floor. If it does it might be a blend door. Good luck.
