accessory power

Any suggestions where to tap into some power in the rear of an '03? I would like to hook up an extra 12v outlet and thought about just tapping into the power lock button on the driver's side. Is this a good idea? Does anyone have a better source?

The cigratte lighter plug in the middle console has really easy access.

Does the armrest come apart or does the lighter pull out of the console to access the wires?
