The question may be stupid, but why not find out if such a decision makes sense.
There is a desire to install the auto parking assist function in the LIMITED trim, such on ST & PLATINUM.
What else do I need besides additional side sensors (15K859B), wiring for them and the LB5T-14B596-ACW module?

Of course, this may not be worth the time and money spent, which is why I want to estimate the complexity of the issue.

I would be grateful for any useful information.

Welcome to the Forum.
I was not able to find part LB5T-14B596-ACW on several Ford parts sites. An Internet search seems to indicate it could be a Drive Mode Switch similar to the Terrain Management System.
I believe you will need something to interface with the steering, braking and accelerator.
I doubt that it would be worth it if it was even possible.

Thanks Peter.

I know that in FF3 it is not difficult to do this, but dealing with the Explorer is much more difficult, so I decided to clarify, maybe someone knows the required minimum for the system to work.
If this requires the replacement of serious components, then of course such work is not worth attention.
