I have found small suggestions on how to do this. I have not found a tutorial or youtube video. Could someone please tell me how to do adjust this on a 4th gen 4.0 with 5r55s.
Mine is where N is D and R is between P & R without the shift button fully engaging and popping out. Thanks Jeff

Update took it to a transmission shop as I gave up. They had a time with it but were good people and figured it out. They even dropped the pan out of frustration to make sure it wasnt from misalignment in there. It was not. They're are two different switches for it. Autozone gave me the wrong one. Problem solved new switch fluid gasket shift linkage only $500 well worth it.

Thanks for updating!
