Aftermarket headunit shuting on and off

hello, I replaced my stock head unit with an Alpine 9556 on my 2003 XLT. It started turning on and off every once in a while, not all the time. At first I wondered if a wire was loose but that was not the problem. I noticed that every time I used an accesory, lowered a window, engaged cruise control or just accelarated slighly, the radio would shut off and then turned back on. What do you guys think could be the problem? It does not happen all the time I do this but it's starting to occur more often. Please help.

could be a ground problem. try externally grounding your deck to its own ground aswell as the one in the harness.

if the problem still persists it can only be the 12v constant (yellow) or the 12v ign (red) wire
