Aftermarket HU's how long has yours lasted?

Almost a year and a half with my Alpine and it still works perfect.

I have transfered a Kenwood KDC-7001 (?) into three different cars since 1994.

My Pioneer DEH4100 is still working great in ex Hokieschick's truck. My Kenwood KDC-X859 crapped out after about 14 months and I was able to swap it for an Alpine 7995 :) So far its doing just great

i had a clarion unit as my first cd player. that lasted me 2 years, lasted my friend about a year. before him it lasted a friend 2 years, and finally before him it lasted a friend of his for about a year, maybe longer. i eventually gave it back to the kid i got it from, and he used it in his bronco II for about a year, then sold his truck. it wasnt anything fancy, but it never skipped :) i ended up getting it for free becuase the lcd wasnt working, but that was a $50 fix. overall im pretty impressed it lasted as long as it did. (at least 7 years)
