AHHHHHHH EBAY !!!!!!

ok im going to try to calm down.......a little over a MONTH ago i won rims and tires on ebay. rims from a place called the Wheel Basement in cali, and tires from billetwheels inc. in texas.

first dillema: tire guy said one of his employees accidently shipped them to the wrong person and would keep me updated. he told me like a week ago that they were being shipped back to them to be shipped out to me. he hasnt replied to my email for like a week.

second: rim guy kept saying next week, next week, finally he gave me tracking #'s and on UPS it said april22 as the scheduled delivery but status wise it just said billing info recieved. so i email him and he says the manufacturer or something like that sold the rims but they promised they would send them to the wheelbasement this past week. ive been trying to get in touch with himbut he cant accept instant messages, hasnt replied to my emails and all the sudden his answering machine has changed WTF !!!!!!!!!!!!:fire:

DID I GET DIC*ED!?!? how can i contact ebay?

If you don't get any results by contacting ebay let me know I have a friend who works for them and his job is to monitor sales on ebay. He can help with getting the seller to pony up or give us the right person to contact there to get your issue resolved. He helped me in the past and took care of some things. Just email me if you need help.

ok i called eBay and was on hold for 20 minutes!!!!not to mention long distance. and all the lady said to me was i can help you file a complaint .i asked her if there was anyway they could contact the sellers and "force" them to sned the stuff but she said no. WTF!

EBay has an insurance policy and you can get everything except $25 back if you follow their complaint procedures. If you paid with a credit card, you can dispute the charges with the credit card company.

I have only had one major problem with EBay with a 8itch that never sent an antique Fireman's ax I bought. She said it was damaged in shipping?!?!?!?! This is one of those axes they use to break down steel doors and it got damaged in shipping... of course I never got it so I could not possibly know how she knew it got damaged in shipping...but I used my Discover card and BillPay. I disputed the charges and got them reversed.

If you are going to buy from Ebay, only buy from people that accept a credit card or a service like paypal. Then you are protected.

now i only buy if they have excellant feedback (1000+) or are registered with squaretrade. and they have to be in the US. i was ripped off twice by canadians
