Sometimes there's an intermittent short which causes the thermal fuse to blow. The new thermal fuse will blow if this intermittent short isn't repaired.

BB......maybe I misunderstood/misread your reply.....your mention of the #51 error code.....are you using "51" as an example of does my flashing light of 5 flashes followed by 1 flash, mean code #51 ?
