Air Cleaner Howl and CEL

Started getting a resonant howl from my air cleaner. Appears to be coming from the sensor on the air tube between the air cleaner and the injector body.
The CEL is now on. I changed the air filter thinking it was a vacuum leak, this was before the CEL came on. It now hesitates on accelerating from idle.

Any suggestions?

The howl is a common sign of a bad IAC (idle air control valve).
