I have searched and read the posts on cleaning the MAF Sensor.
I have both CRC electronics cleaner and denatured alcohol
I have a 95 XLT, with cylindrical air cleaner housing
My question is how to unplug connector from actual
MAF Sensor. I pulled back the rubber grommet exposing where
the wires plug into the MAF in the air cleaner housing. There are two plastic
tabs that connect plug to sensor. Do I reach in with a small
screwdriver and pry the tabs to the side? Should I pry the two tabs up and pull?
Or should I push down on sensor tab and pull plug?
Just want to check before I break a piece of plastic and have
to shell out 100 bucks for new MAF ,,,,,,,
Thanks for the help with noob question
