Air Coming through Glove Box

First Post here, have seen some pretty helpful information, hoping you can help me with this new problem. Why would air be coming through my glove box? Makes the passenger a little chilled in these northern Indiana winters. It's with similar force as the air coming through the fan!

What a coincidence. I'm also in northern Indiana and have air coming through my glove box. Does your vent, defrost, floor setting only work on defrost aswell?
