Air con evaporator core

What a crap job that is = 6 hours of swearing/panicking. The only way it would come out is to remove the lower heater hose on the bulkhead. Obviously I didnt have decent pliers for the clips - then the hose was welded onto the heater matrix pipe, so I cut it off. Fords dont do these hoses any more £20+, but manage to get a length of heater hose from Halfords - £2.50. Now to get the system recharged.

Would I do it again -**** off - I would open a window!!

Just been vacuumed, oil + gas refil. No leaks (new o rings put on) 4.9C - £59 all in. Not bad I thought. Thanks Chris for the evaporator.
