Air Intake Manifold Doesn't need gaskets?

Hi-

I,m looking into purchasing a new intake manifold for my 2002 4.6 Ex. I read somewhere that the new design has O-Rings installed and didn't require gaskets. Is this true?

I think the 4.6 has gaskets, the 4.0 went to o-rings.

I guess I can buy the gaskets and return them if I don't need them. I read on a website that the new design for the 4.6 had O Rings.
