My Explorer blows the correct temp just fine, but there is little to no power behind it. It switches from hot to cold perfectly, but I get little flow no matter what position I set the air to blow from.

Any thoughts?

Check out the whole fan speed circuit: switch, blower resistor, blower motor, etc. I would probably guess it's the fan speed switch. A wiring diagram will help a LOT for this.

The circuit is usually a switched resistance to ground with a direct hot supply to the other side of the motor. You can jumper right at the motor connections to check the motor, and ohm out the switch connections to ground.

Of course I am assuming that the motor is not changing speeds when you switch it. Do you hear the motor changing sound like it should when the speed changes? If so, it would be more of a problem of some sort of blockage.
