alarm door lock problem

Ok, I installed my alarm. Everything works except the door locks. i though it was the module, so i tested it with a multimeter. It DOES give out signal. It just doesnt lock. THey are negative outputs. I have them hooked up to the pink/yellow, and pink/green wires in the driver kick panel. what could be the problem?

put a meter on the wires in the car to see if they are pulsing when you hit the lock button in the door. This is to make sure that these wires are the ones you are looking for in this system.

Worst cast scenario.....take the door panel off and tap to the wire there then just run the wire into the car from the door jam grommet.

already did that. found out the problem. The installer never hook the wires up to the module after he ran them! 200 bucks for that?! lol. thanks
