Most decks that come with a CD player and tape deck are much too big to fit in the Explorer's stock opening. I don't know of any models that would fit in the Explorer's opening, does the Sanyo? I think you may be out of luck there, unless you want to do some extensive modifcation to your dash. If a both a CD player and tape deck is what you want, along with good specs, I would suggest buying a quality head unit (ie...Pioneer, Alpine, etc.) with a tape deck and then adding a matching CD Changer to put in the back or under a seat. This will give you the versatility you want, although it may be more expensive. Hope this helps.
