if i get a harness to bypass the amp, do i need to take out my new HU? and is that all i got to do or do i need to do stuff in the back?

the rear pass. side channel is out and is anoying so going t fit that.

if i can't find a harness co u disconnect the wires going into the amp and connect the wires together w/o the amp?

what is the better opption?

You do it in the back, where the amp is.
 






is the harness just join the wires. like same linkage as the amp but does nothing?
 






Yep. It just bypasses the wires from going into the amp.
 






But depending on the harness you may need to rewire your HU.
 






oh ****, what harness do i need that will allow me NOT to rewire the HU!
 






Hey digger, i got a wire harness from rutch field for $15. You can save the $5 set of instrutios as I will scan and e-mail them to you. Mine is a 97 so I don't know if there is a difference in how it is done.
 






I got the harness from crutchfield also to bypass the amp. Really simple way of doing it, no cutting.
 






Alright guys i did the bypass and i bought the harness at curcuit city and one of the ends fit but the other end didn't so i conneted the right ones together.

it sounds AWESOME, but the pass. rear speaker is now not even working but the whining sound is gone!
