amp eec fuse blew!

hi all, I'm new to the froum. I have a 91 explorer and when i went to start it no go, after checking a few things i found the 30 amp eec relay fuse blown, installed a new one, pump ran for a second or two, started cranking the motor and the new fuse blew!
any help would be aperciated.

Welcome to this forum! Check AutoZone's website for a schematic diagram. It will show you all of the things which are connected to the same line. Maybe there is something shorted on that line? A friend of mine once had a shorted cigarette lighter element keep blowing out a fuse in his car (87 Chevy Celebrity). The horn, and dome light were on that line.
