Amp power/ground

I will be installing a new pioneer 35X4 amp in the factory location in my 97 explorer.

Do you think I can use the factory power and ground leads for this amp? It would be nice if I did not have to run a lead through the fire wall.

I'm with 99explorer5.0. Do it right the first time. It's a lotta extra work, but I would run all new wire, including speaker wire. Good luck.

I would at least run new power leads. The factory speaker wires should be sufficient for that low wattage.
