I want to amp my speakers but my aux outputs are used for a sub. What are the adapters used to connect to speaker output wire on a headunit called that connect to an amp? I read in my sub manual wherever it got to not to splice speaker wire into rca cables to an amp that there was a wire or adapter for this but don't have my manual anymore so what is anyone's take on this? Can I splice without worrying about burning up the amp or is there an adapter kit? I been searching google but I may not be wording it right to get the right search results.
