This one is strange for me but im hoping that its not so strange to others so i can get it fixed!!
Last night me and a buddy were out driving in the fresh snow that fell. We got not to far from the house and my 97 explorer sport awd started to seem as if the tranny was slipping and we came to a stop and couldnt move. My buddy drives a tow truck in the local area so i called to have him come help me out. While waitting i started it back up put it in drive and it worked.. got me about 3 blocks the did the same thing???? slipped and came to a stop. shut it off and immediatly turned it back on and it worked for another 3 blocks??? it did that untill i got it to a buddys house about 4 miles away.
Has anyone ever heard of that happening or know what it might be???
ANY help is much appriciated!
Thanks,
Mike
