Ok , read all the messsages about changing the LBJs as well as as many Tech Tips I could find. Printed out the pictures (MountaineerGreen's) great write. Bought one of those canadian kits off ebay (w/zerks) and got a Moog LBJ from Rockauto
; used the OEM ball joint press that can be rented from Autozone at no cost if you load the cc with a deposit; pressed out the existing joint using WD40 on all joints & fasteners since my PB Blaster was empty after the first squirt.
PROBLEM: Both the MOOG and the other brand slipped into the Driver side lower arm where they can move up and down by hand. Yes by hand, had to press out the old one, these slip right in. Well this is not good
has anyone been in this situation. Are we talking arm replacement.
Thanks, RR
