hi everyone
am new here as you can probably tell by the title!lol
what I have just bought is a 1998 explorer sport,when I try and engage 4x4, both 4x4hi & 4x4lo dash lights flash incosistantly, I don't hear any clicking from anywhere(I have listened on pass side and in back, am partially deaf according to the wife lol), so my questions are. where is the 4x4 control module on my truck?, also,by the way I understand itthis is what the white reset button is on? and I should press this before the shift motor rebuild(even though it may just for testing the control module?)
