Yes, another window question. In my '91 XLT the passenger side window won't roll down...however I can hear the window lift motor running when you hit the switch. Any ideas what to look for when I take the door panel off?

Edit: I did see this: http://www.explorerforum.com/Singleton/web/pages/window.html I was just hoping to get some input from someone who's been there before.

Is it front or Back? If it's front it will be a simple fix. If it's the back IIRC they are controlled by cables in 91 so it would be harder to fix.

Here's a thread showing how to do the bushings that is the normal failure.

Sorry, it's for the front.

Thanks for the link, I searched but didn't come across that one.

It's really easy. I did mine in probably 1 1/2hrs but could have done it faster if I wasn't cheap and bought a 1/2in Bit but instead I drilled a smaller hale and attacked it with a grinding bit and a Dremel.
