Anti-theft light blinks.

:rangergreen: My 1999 Ranger XLT anti theft light blinks when I turn of the ignition. Is there a reset switch somewhere or how can I reset it?

Theft indicator

The theft indicator on the instrument cluster will operate as follows:
When the ignition is OFF, the theft indicator will flash briefly every 2
seconds to indicate the SecuriLock system is protecting your
vehicle.

You may have a wrong key to the ignition. Try using the original key to the truck.
